STANDARD RETURN TERMS

After purchasing products from Partner1, the money can be refunded if the purchase is canceled within 30 days from the date of payment.

“Payment Date” in this Return Policy means the date of purchase of the product or service, including the date of any renewal by Partner1 under the terms of the contract for the relevant product or service (Terms of Use). You may cancel your purchase of a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if the request is received within the return period specified for the relevant product, if any. Note: Some products have different refund terms or requirements, including some products that are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. The return conditions for such products are set out below.

STANDARD RETURN TERMS

APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:
​​​​​​​hosting (all plans, except for the first payment after the trial version ends);
domain transfers (exception – .eu transfers. EURid does not refund the transfer fee. If for any reason the transfer fails, the customer must redo the process and pay the transfer fee again. The fee for .es transfers is also non-refundable);
SSL certificates;
Creation of online stores
E-shop maintenance
Maintenance of social networks
REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:
for Google advertising;
for Facebook advertising;
domain name renewals;

No refunds will be issued for products or services that have been suspended, canceled or terminated due to abuse of the products, services or any other violation of the Terms of Service.

The purpose of the refund is to allow customers to test and understand whether the services provided by Partner1 meet their needs. However, Partner1 will in no way tolerate abuse of refunds (i.e. requesting refunds for the same services multiple times and/or repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for services purchased in bulk, etc.). Partner1 reserves the right to unilaterally reject a refund request if at least one of the signs of refund abuse appears.

DIFFERENT RETURN TERMS APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:

New domain registration: Refunds are given if registration is canceled within 4 days (96 hours).

Domain transfer: money is refunded after canceling the registration within 4 days (96 hours), if the registrar has not yet started the transfer process.

Cancellation of service is non-refundable for all ccTLD registries.

PAYMENT METHODS SUBJECT TO DIFFERENT REFUND TERMS:

All payment processors have different terms and conditions for refunds, and there are payment methods that are not subject to refunds under any circumstances.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds to the original source of payment for products purchased using the following payment methods:

Electronic banking (Lithuania);


REFUNDS AFTER TOO MUCH FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you transfer too much money to our account, the money can be returned within 30 days from the date of payment. In certain cases, instead of this payment, money can be returned for other payments made, if they were made no earlier than 30 days ago.

PAYMENT REFUND (CANCELLATION)

If at any time we record a denial, chargeback, cancellation, payment dispute, payment fraud risk or other payment rejection (“chargeback (cancellation)”) of any fee due on your Partner1 account, it will be considered your payment obligation. breach of this agreement, and you therefore agree that Partner1 may take all available legal remedies to obtain payment, including but not limited to immediate termination of your Partner1 Account and any domains or Partner1 Services registered or renewed by you on behalf of (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”), termination without prior notice. In addition, to reduce the risk of payment fraud, your Partner1 account will also disable the ability to pay by credit card.

In the event of a refund (cancellation), your Partner1 account may be suspended without repurchase or use, and any data contained in such Partner1 account, including certain content, features or resources of your Partner1 account , may be voided and forfeited.

Your use of Partner1 services and the ability to pay by credit card will only be renewed when:

you will confirm the payment method used for the disputed transaction by providing:
proof of payment; or a plain censored credit card photo with the first 6 (six) and last 4 (four) digits uncovered.
you will pay all applicable fees, including all Partner1 and/or any third party service fees and costs incurred by Partner1 and/or any third party for each chargeback (cancellation) received (including
